Key intervention areas include:
- Improve timely identification and linkage to care for persons diagnosed with HIV
- Increase coverage of care and treatment with a particular focus on reducing the loss in the cascade of care
- Scale up interventions to improve quality of care and improve health outcomes
- Scale up nutrition interventions to improve nutrition status and improve health outcomes
Expected results by 2019
- Increased linkage to care within 3 months ofHIV diagnosis to 90% for children, adolescentsand adults
- Increased ART coverage to 90% for children,adolescents and adults
- Increased retention on ART at 12 months to 90% in children, adolescents and adults
- Increased viral suppression to 90% in children, adolescents and adults
