The National AIDS Control Council is mandated to coordinate and supervise the implementation of the HIV response. The NACC provides various coordination platforms that bring together stakeholders regularly to monitor the progress of the HIV response. These coordination platforms facilitate the exchange of information, evidence, and support decision-making. At the County level, the NACC supports the County governments to convene quarterly meetings with partners to review progress and enshrine critical elements such as human rights-based approaches, meaningful engagement of People Living with HIV, key and vulnerable communities.
